The two most common reasons why students aren’t receiving their emails are:
- The course hasn’t started yet. 10DayMentor starts every week on Monday. If you have subscribed and purchased midweek, your first lesson will be delivered the following Monday. The cutoff to join is Sunday at midnight EST.
- Spam folder: Sometimes, the emails can go into your spam folder, too. To avoid this, add Raven@10DayMentor.com to your contacts.
We do not generally offer refunds, because once the lessons are delivered they’re yours to keep. However, if you are not satisfied after completing Day 2, you can write to us at Support@10daymentor.com to request a refund before Day 3. We do not process refunds beyond Day 2 of the course.
The course is 10 lessons. After you purchase the course, you’re registered to start the course the following Monday. You will receive the 10 lessons via email over 10 days: Monday through Friday, then Monday through Friday again.
